Jade by Premier

Jade is an invitation-only membership programme for HSBC’s top Premier customers who have investable assets of between $1 - $5m.

The Jade app was designed to allow members to explore a wide range of exclusive experiences, get access to selected articles and receive a 24/7 concierge service.

We went through two rounds of user testing, one in Hong Kong and another in London, and refined the experience so it was intuitive and effortless to explore the Jade services.
